인물소개

감정원 감독은 연출가로, 스탭으로, 영화 협회 사무국장으로 대구에서 오랫동안 영화 일을 해왔다. 직접 연출한 독립영화 〈희수〉(2021) 역시 대구의 이야기를 담고 있다. 그는 영화 〈희수〉로 21회 전북독립영화제에서 옹골진상(대상)을 수상했으며, 협동조합 컨티뉴이티(Continuity)를 설립하고 〈희수〉를 전국 독립영화관에 직접 배급하기도 했다. 그동안 연출한 작품으로 〈신세계〉(2017)가 있으며, 〈식물카페, 온정〉(2021) 프로듀서로 참여했다. Director Kam Jeong-won is a dedicated member of the film industry in Daegu. Her first independent feature film The Train Passed By(2021), a story of a female worker based in Daegu, won the Grand Prize at the 21st Jeonbuk Independent Film Festival. Using her experience from working in the film association, she established the cooperative Continuity and distributed her own movie The Train Passed By directly to independent cinemas nationwide. Kam is also the director of New World(2017) and a producer of Plant Cafe, Warmth(2021).
