인물소개

한국외국어대학교 LD학부 부교수이다. 미국 터프츠대학교 플레처스쿨(Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy)에서 국제관계학 박사학위를 받았다. 주요 논저로 『협력적 위협감소와 한반도』(2020), “Limiting North Korea’s Coercive Nuclear Leverage”(2020), “The Dilemma of Nuclear Disarmament”(2020) 등이 있다.
