인물소개

ROI Institute의 CEO이자 사장이며 ATD Certification Institute의 2015년 CPLP Fellow이다. 1997년부터 그녀는 다양한 프로그램 및 프로젝트의 가치를 입증하려는 60개국 이상의 조직과 협력해 왔다. Center for Talent Reporting의 이사, Conference Board의 Distinguished Principal Research Fellow, 이탈리아 토리노에 있는 UN System Staff College의 교수진으로 활동하고 있다.
