인물소개

미국 조지워싱턴 대학 교수로 재직 중이다. 미국 매사추세츠 공과대학에서 박사 학위를 받고 미 국방부 총괄평가국(the Office of Net Assessment) 자문을 역임하였다. The Dictator’s Army: Battlefield Effectiveness in Authoritarian Regimes, U.S. Defense Politics: the Origins of Security Policy(공저) 등을 집필하였다.
