인물소개

미국 시카고 대학교 법학과의 제임스 파커 홀 교수이다. 1981년부터 1991년까지 Journal of Legal Studies의 편집자로, 1991년부터 2001년까지 Journal of Law and Economics의 편집자로 일했다. 법률 및 다방면에 걸친 주제를 다룬 수많은 글을 기고했다. 현재는 존 M. 올린 법학 경제학 프로그램의 지도를 맡고 있다. 출간한 저서로 아래와 같은 책들이 있다.
